Privacy
This page says what we collect, why, and who can see it.
What do we collect on this website?
We collect only what you type into the enquiry or contact form: your name, phone number, business name, type and city, and your message. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it or give it to anyone else.
Reading the website sets no cookie. A cookie is set only when you open a form or sign in; it keeps your session and is not used for advertising.
What happens when you press "Continue on WhatsApp"?
Your details are saved with us and WhatsApp opens with the same details written as a message. Nothing is sent on WhatsApp until you press send. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy.
What do we keep inside the software?
A business that uses M-Tech Logistics stores its own customers, suppliers, products and transactions. Each business sees only its own records. Our support staff open a business account only to help that business.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; nobody, including us, can read them.
Does the demo video track you?
If the demo video is shown from YouTube, it uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which sets no cookie until you press play.
How can you ask us to remove your details?
Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page and we will delete your enquiry.
