What is M-Tech Logistics?
M-Tech Logistics is wholesale distribution software: one system that joins sales invoices, purchase invoices, inventory, customer and supplier ledgers, cash and bank accounts, expenses and profit and loss.
It replaces the sale register, the purchase register, the stock register and the khata book. Because all four are one system, they cannot disagree with each other.
- A sales invoice lowers stock and raises the customer's balance.
- A purchase invoice raises stock and raises what you owe the supplier.
- A payment changes the party's balance and the cash or bank account together.
- Profit is sales minus the cost of the goods sold, not sales minus purchases.

Frequently asked questions
Who is M-Tech Logistics made for?
It is made for small wholesalers and distributors in Pakistan: electrical, hardware, building material, FMCG, medical and surgical, auto-parts, electronics, garment and textile, industrial equipment and general trading businesses.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The software runs in a web browser on a computer, laptop or tablet. You sign in with your login name and password.
How long is the free trial?
The free trial is 1 day by default, and we can extend it while you are testing with your own data.
How do I pay?
You pay by Easypaisa, SadaPay or bank transfer and enter the transaction ID in the software. Your package is renewed as soon as we confirm the payment.
Will I get reminders before my package ends?
Yes. You get WhatsApp reminders before the trial or the package ends, and one when it has ended. Your data is not deleted.
Is the software connected to FBR?
No. It calculates tax on each invoice line and prints it on the invoice, but it does not send invoices to FBR.
Can my staff use it without seeing profit?
Yes. Each user has a role. You decide which areas managers and staff can open; reports and settings can be kept for the owner.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Lists and reports export to Excel (CSV) and every invoice, statement and report can be printed or saved as PDF from the browser.
